I don’t like making public recommendations because the dealers for the companies that I don’t recommend get all pissy and claim that I work for the company. My two sons both use the Hyensung E&E Hybrid at college. The machine is affordable (retails at 5 but is available at 5 at and ionizes as well as any of the higher priced machines. The answer as to whether alkaline water ionizers are a gimmick is both Yes and No.Yes, they are a gimmick in that there is zero medical or scientific evidence to support the myriad of false claims made by the alkaline water ionizer industry about alkaline water. Most people understand what “infusing” water means while trying to describe the process of diffusion is more scientific and therefore difficult to explain. In addition, I thought HIM would be easier for people to remember than the HDU (Hydrogen Diffusion Unit) which is a component of the machine that actually puts the H2 created during electrolysis back into the water. Initially, HIM’s were priced in the ,500 to ,000 range which was competitive with most of the alkaline water ionizer machines on the market and a lot cheaper than the leading MLM brand (Enagc). The company recently decided to sell directly to the public.
It’s almost been a year since I’ve seen a comment on your site. The best part is that you can hook it up to the tap if you want to, but my kids use it like a batch ionizer. That means they can pour water into the holding container on the top from a pitcher instead of hooking the unit up to a tap.In fact, H2 has been identified as being beneficial for 170 specific diseases and the for every organ in the body in general. A significant amount of H2 that is created from alkaline water ionizers is lost during during the dispensing process when a glass or bottle of water gets filled from the alkaline water ionizer. The H2 that does make it into a glass quickly forms what appears to be a cloud of bubbles in the glass which makes its way to the surface and dissipates into the air. These type of ionizers are called HIM’s (Hydrogen Infusion Machines).
